NEWS: Ball Park Music claim dibs on April with national tour

Just in case you missed the awesome news this week, Brisbane pop wonders Ball Park Music have announced an Australian tour that takes place this year from March to May. The announcement follows the release of a teaser for their first single release since 2012:

The five-piece holed themselves up in a house in one of the city’s northern suburbs, to take on the recording and producing of their third album Puddinghead on their own. According to the band’s Facebook page, the first single “She Only Loves Me When I’m There” will be released on Valentine’s Day. So you can canoodle your significant other/sex buddy/pet to Sam Cromack‘s voice, whilst pretending this isn’t almost a break up song.

From what has been released though, the band’s third album sounds like a promising sequel to the outstanding Museum. Puddinghead is due to be released on April 4, with pre-orders available from February 14. Find more information from the band’s official website.

Th Puddinghead tour will be the first one for the group since the “Thank Ewes” shows in mid 2013. Unlike most national tours, Ball Park Music have happily remembered that the Northern Territory and Tasmania actually do exist. Here’s the full list of tour dates:
