Yesterday, Triple J kicked off its Aus Music Month at the Suncorp Piazza, South Bank. Brisbane comedian, Mel Buttle and Patience Hodgkins from the Grates (another Brissie girl) were on hand to help the Doctor find some very talented Aussie karaoke singers attending the live event which boasted live performances from Ball Park Music, Sammy J and Randy and Something for Kate.
Something for Kate played two songs as part of the radio show. They then went on to play a 45 min set for the crowd at the Piazza. SFK played a lot of their hits and many songs from their new album “Leave Your Soul to Science”. To those Brisbanites that missed out. Where the hell were you?
